When a new scheme or site is ready for launch, be it commercial or residential, TPS secures the exclusive rights of selling the entire site from the Builder. This is the USP of the company. It is the only company in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India and Dubai, United Arab Emirates which provides services of its kind. Moreover, TPS is also into rent and resale of properties as well.

Challenges 

No success comes without obstacles and struggles. The same happened I at the beginning of the journey of TPS. When this concept was initialized by the company, the site owners and Builders were adamant about accepting that such kind of service wherein an entire site can be solely sold by any consultancy exclusively is practically feasible or not. Thereby majority of the time, they rejected this idea, and it was not at all easy to be persistent for this Idea, which was facing constant setbacks. But after quite a long struggle and patience, the first breakthrough was achieved.

The journey has had many ups and downs, but the final result has always been fruitful.
